Join us today, and experience a career well lived. **Administrative Office Coordinator – Host Home Program** **Location** **:** South Austin, TX (Westgate Blvd, Austin, TX 78745) **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour lunch) **Pay Rate** **:** $18/hour **Your Role** This position directly supports the Host Home program and involves a wide variety of administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment with many expectations and deadlines. You will coordinate, plan, organize, and schedule duties and responsibilities of department staff, while also engaging regularly with host home providers. A substantial portion of your role will include scanning, filing, and organizing both physical and digital files. **Proficiency in computer skills-particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and other office tools-is a must.** You must be highly flexible throughout the day and willing to remain on shift from **8 AM to 5 PM** , with a **one-hour lunch break** .
