**This position’s start date is set for early August, estimated 10 hours per week**
Roles and Responsibilities:
Gather, review input for duplication and content, correct, format and deliver monthly reports.Maintain SharePoint IAW CM standards.Participate and assist with internal and external audits.Project and calculate future travel funding required and create estimates to provide to the accounting team for cost estimates and budget forecasting.Assist and train employee travelers on how to use electronic reimbursement systems and input data for those that are unable. Review and initiate corrections to all expense reports to assure appropriate funding is used with the corresponding labor support.Review incoming funding Mods to assure accuracy and sufficient funding.Analyze labor reports to correct employee labor charges.Analyze accounting reports to ascertain if over runs have occurred and take action to correct them before each month end cycle (to avoid rejected invoicing).Basic Qualifications:
Must be enrolled as a rising Junior or Senior at an accredited university for a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or EngineeringEligibility to obtain a Secret Security ClearancePreferred Qualifications:
