The Hilton New York Time Square is looking for an Administrative Intern to join our team!  Located at the heart of Times Square, this upscale hotel soars 44 stories above Manhattan, offers 478 rooms and newly renovated lobby, which is perched 21 stories above, offering a breathtaking view of Times Square.

Shift Pattern: Full availability is needed for this role.

\n

 Pay Range: $16.50 per hour

\n

 The ideal candidate for this role would be a college student or recent graduate, with a passion for hospitality.

\n

 This internship will include exposure to the following departments: Hotel Operations, Human Resources, Finance, Revenue Management, and Sales. 

\n

What will I be doing?

\n

 As an Administrative Intern, you will work with the hotel operations, human resources, finance, and executive team in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

\n

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n

 Order and maintain office supplies and equipment

\n\nPrepare special reports and projects\nAssist current and potential employees\nCoordinate meetings, as needed\nFiling and organizing, as needed\nPrepare correspondence on behalf of management\n\n
