A leading Private Equity firm is seeking a Team Administrative Floater to start immediately in a temp or temp-to-perm capacity. This role will provide coverage across two floors, primarily stationed at the 27th-floor reception desk, with occasional support on the 26th floor as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide reception coverage including greeting guests, answering phones, and managing conference room schedulesSupport group of 5-6 associates which includes managing expenses, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel (local, domestic or international)Float between reception and administrative support tasks depending on daily needsRestocking and ordering suppliesDistributing mail and packagesRun errands (going to the bank, dropping off mail, picking up lunch etc.)Step in for the 26th floor receptionist (Lea) during high-volume times, lunch breaks or PTOCollaborate with internal teams and ensure a professional and welcoming front desk presence

Qualifications:
