The fellow will contribute to improving patient outcomes, reducing costs, and ensuring a high-quality healthcare experience.The following locations over the listed specific focuses: Houston, TX: This fellowship focuses on enhancing clinic operations, implementing value-based care, driving digital adoption among patients, and improving network integrity performance.Omaha, NE: This fellowship offers opportunities to contribute to specialty optimization, network integrity strategies, physician enterprise dyad development, and performance improvement across all operational pillars.
Qualifications

What You'll Need:

Master’s Degree in either: Master of Health Administration (MHA)Master of Business Administration (MBA)Master of Public Health (MPH)Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)Or equivalent degree from an accredited graduate programGraduation Status: Completion of all on-campus requirements and eligibility to graduate upon fellowship completionExperience: Less than 5 years of professional experience.Graduation Date: Must have graduated with an applicable Master’s Degree between Spring 2023-Spring 2027.Commitment: A strong interest in healthcare management and leadership.Passion: A passion for CommonSpirit Health's mission and a commitment to "humankindness."
