Meaningful Projects: Lead initiatives that support CommonSpirit Health's goals.Executive Mentorship: Work closely with executive sponsors to guide your rotations.Invest in Your Future: You will be able to customize your professional development through conferences, memberships, certifications, and more through a designated Fellow budget.Skill Development: Hone your management, decision-making, and change management abilities.Mentorship & Networking: Build relationships with leaders and peers.Hands-On Operations: Gain practical experience in various functional areas.Leadership Opportunities: Take on substantive projects to develop your skills.Diverse Operations Experiences: These fellowships offer diverse experiences in healthcare strategy, operations, and leadership development, ranging from supporting rural hospital networks to implementing market-wide improvement plans and contributing to regional leadership initiatives.The following locations over the listed specific focuses: Omaha, NE: Support the growth of our Critical Access Hospital (CAH) network while gaining leadership experience by shadowing CAH Presidents and preparing for a future executive role.Houston, TX: Contribute to the development and execution of the Houston Market Plan, encompassing strategy, research, financial modeling, and operational planning.Phoenix, AZ: Assist in the implementation of our Ministry Advancement Plan, a comprehensive performance improvement program for the Arizona market.Denver, CO: Support regional leadership meetings and strategic initiatives, gaining exposure to diverse healthcare operations and finance projects tailored to organizational needs and the fellow's interests.Sacramento, CA: Gain diverse experience through strategic planning and operational projects in acute and ambulatory settings, focusing on areas like care management, service optimization, and clinic development.Qualifications
What You'll Need:
Master’s Degree in either: Master of Health Administration (MHA)Master of Business Administration (MBA)Master of Public Health (MPH)Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)Or equivalent degree from an accredited graduate programGraduation Status: Completion of all on-campus requirements and eligibility to graduate upon fellowship completionExperience: Less than 5 years of professional experience.Graduation Date: Must have graduated with an applicable Master’s Degree between Spring 2023-Spring 2027.Passion: A passion for CommonSpirit Health's mission and a commitment to "humankindness."Commitment: A strong interest in healthcare management and leadership.Application Requirements:

This in-office position, with an anticipated start date in July 2026, offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow within our system.
