Job SummaryObserves and examines a tertiary care teaching hospital, clinic, and health maintenance organization. Participates in all facets of operations through departmental rotations, committee participation, and diverse project involvement.
Essential Functions of the RoleAttends meetings and participates in activities to gain a comprehensive knowledge of organizational structure, operations, and goalsRotates through departmental areas in Baylor Scott & White Health as requestedAttends and participates in committee, departmental, and administrative level meetings as invited by appropriate staffConducts and participates in projects assigned by the preceptor or Baylor Scott & White Health staff. Gains direct experience in specific operational areas.Performs research and testing to understand project scope.
