At Jensen Infrastructure, we're looking for a detailed-oriented **Administrative Coordinator** to join our Sparks Branch. This dynamic role supports our sales and admin teams, helping keep operations running smoothly with a mix of accounting, clerical, and inventory tasks.
**WHAT YOU'LL DO:**
You’ll be the go-to person for coordinating with customers, vendors and internal teams; handling everything from invoices and shipments to daily reports and material processing in our ERP system. If you enjoy being organized, solving problems, and being the center of attention, this role is for you!
Reporting to our Office Manager, you’ll work to support the sales and administrative teams.
**A few highlights of your day-to-day will include:**
+ Prepare daily Gross Profit Reports.
+ Process invoices, shipments, and material orders.
+ Assisting with miscellaneous tasks, including meeting scheduling, small package mailing, and document management.
+ Communicating via phone, email, or other means, to customers, vendors, and internal Jensen Infrastructure personnel.
+ Issuing and receiving material to work orders in the Company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
+ Assisting with managing inventory levels of consumable supplies and other items as identified.
+ Assisting customers with inquiries as well as transmittal of information between customers and any of the branches. Accepting and processing credit card payments.
+ Contributing to the Jensen safety program (i.e., toolbox talks, audits, inspections, etc.).
+ Performing routine housekeeping (i.e., cleaning, organizing) and maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organized work environment.
**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
You’re enthusiastic, motivated, organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You ask questions, take the initiative and have a self-starter attitude and take pride in your work. Ideally, you have:
+ 2+ years' experience in construction, manufacturing or engineering
+ Strong MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
+ Experience with ERP systems
+ Great communication skills and follow-through
+ A customer-first attitude and a strong sense of urgency
