Administrative Coordinator (Remote or Hybrid)

The Administrative Coordinator on the Grants Management Services Team is responsiblefor the processing of award activations for an assigned constituency in the Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP). This individual is responsible for Notice of Award (NOA)reviews and processing, routine correspondence, and direct communication with units asrelevant to grant award activations. The incumbent will be responsible for reviewing and
processing award modification requests for awarded grants. The position requires stronganalytical skills in addition to diplomacy, demeanor, confidentiality, and initiative.
