functions to ensure accurate efficient and timely flow of information and financial data for interdisciplinary care teamsPerforms duties and responsibilities with compliance to regulatory agencies as evidenced by ability to apply agency policies resulting in deficiency free surveysTriages incoming calls using critical thinkingprioritization and Superior customer service skillsCoordinates and consults with clinical teams regarding patient information data management and regulatory compliance statusesProvides administrative and clerical support to care management team electronically and manuallyProficient in computer software including Microsoft Office and other necessary databasesDemonstrates effective communication organizational and time management skillsProvides coverage for Team Coordinator in case as neededComplies with agency established processes to maintain standards and ensure standardizationCoordinates with Health Information Management Department to ensure accurate order status managementResponsible for ensuring required information is provided and flowed timely to complete the functions of billing payroll admissions and care deliveryWork whereevery
