**Employment Type:** Full time **Shift:** Day Shift **Description:** **Administrative Coordinator- Eddy Village Green - FT Days** **Narrative:** General administrative support to the Executive Director and leadership team and support of the Eddy Village Green Cohoes campus, handling a wide range of administrative duties to ensure operations run smoothly including but not limited to managing calendars, appointment schedules, and related materials; organizing meetings and events including setup, meeting materials, record minutes; prepare and draft presentations, documents, etc. This position uses Microsoft 365 office applications such as Outlook, Excel, TEAMS, etc. Requirements: + Assoc degree preferred with 2 years' experience, or high school diploma with 3-5 years exp Apply today for more information! Pay Range: $19.20 - $25.58 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
