Administrative Coordinator
We have an outstanding career opportunity for anAdministrative Coordinatorto join a leading Company located in theRaleigh, NCsurrounding area. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our Raleigh team. This role will provide critical administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, while demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities : + Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate team members. + Manage office operations, including ordering and maintaining office supplie s. + Coordinate technician training sessions, including scheduling, setup, and record-keeping. + Schedule and track company vehicle maintenance to ensure compliance and readiness. + Organize and maintain customer contract records ; ensure contracts are linked to the appropriate projects in the system. + Support scheduling of technicians and site visits. + Attach and organize drawings, photos, and documentation within service ticket s. + Receive, log, and track incoming materials. + Ensure service ticket notes are entered accurately and communicated to the proper team members. + Schedule and coordinate customer visits in partnership with the primary administrator and leadership team. + Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including reporting directly to management. Basic Hiring Criteria : + Proven experience in administrative, coordinator, or office support roles (experience in technology, service, or construction industries preferred). + Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional and customer-service oriented. + Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, SharePoint). + Experience with scheduling software or ERP/CRM systems. + Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving skills. + Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
