Description We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organized and detail-oriented to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The role involves supporting a group of technical professionals by managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage administrative tasks for a team of technical professionals, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
• Schedule and track projects, meetings, and trainings, both virtually via Webex and in-person sessions.
• Maintain and update databases, ensuring all information is organized and easily accessible.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure seamless communication across teams, facilitating collaboration and alignment of processes.
• Support onboarding and training sessions for team members, ensuring all necessary materials and logistics are prepared.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and processes, demonstrating resourcefulness and initiative.
• Work closely with management to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Assist in the development and documentation of workflows to streamline administrative operations. Requirements • Proven experience in administrative coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in scheduling, project tracking, and database management.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an attentive and detail-focused demeanor.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and personalities.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Comfort with virtual meeting platforms, such as Webex, and familiarity with remote collaboration tools.
