Administrative Coordinator
Job Title: Administrative CoordinatorJob Description The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for utilizing the proprietary system to update all information pertaining to client subscriber information. This includes updating billing information, geographical data, and more. The role requires prioritizing tasks and maintaining a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities + Perform basic math calculations to update subscriber information. + Conduct data entry with excellent typing skills and attention to detail. + Respond to emails from over 50 different magazine publishers. + Work in a fast-paced environment where priorities and assignments change as needed. Essential Skills + Proficiency in data entry and basic math. + Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including MS Outlook. + Excellent customer service and administrative assistance skills. + 2+ years of administrative experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tasks. Work Environment The position operates in a cubicle setting with a team of approximately 15 coordinators. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with options for an 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM shift with a 30-minute lunch, or an 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM shift with a 1-hour lunch. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
