Description We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Los Angeles, California. This role involves supporting clients through tailored service plans, resource connections, and case management while ensuring compliance with program standards. The position is ideal for someone passionate about helping others and skilled in organization and communication.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct intake assessments and create personalized service plans to address individual client needs.
• Provide consistent case management and crisis intervention services to clients.
• Facilitate connections to community resources, including housing, healthcare, employment, and mental health support.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation, ensuring compliance with program and funding requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with internal team members and external social service providers.
• Participate in regular team meetings and development training sessions.
• Utilize systems such as ADP, Concur, and CRM tools to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
• Handle inbound calls and oversee calendar management to optimize scheduling and communication.
• Assist with budget processes and financial tracking as needed. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience demonstrating attention to detail.
• Previous experience in case management or working with vulnerable populations is preferred.
• Proficient in tools such as ADP, Cisco Webex Meetings, Concur, and CRM systems.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Ability to adapt under pressure and demonstrate empathy when working with clients.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, though not mandatory.
