Description
Our client in Export PA is hiring for an Administrative Coordinator for at least a 6-month contract. This position is fully on-site M-F 8AM-5PM. The pay is based off experience: $25-$26 an hour.
Main Responsibilities
+ Maintain and organize documentation, records, and procedures to support ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and VTBA management systems, audits, and certifications.
+ Collect and report data for OSHA, Risk Control Elements (RCE), and environmental compliance.
+ Support risk assessments and SHE committee activities by tracking corrective actions and documenting outcomes.
+ Compile and report local and divisional KPIs; ensure proper recordkeeping for all SHE metrics.
+ Assist in incident and accident documentation, investigations, and audit follow-ups using NEXUS.
+ Manage safety supply inventory and maintain inspection logs for facility safety equipment.
+ Coordinate OSHA-required training sessions and maintain training records and certifications.
+ Schedule and track inspections and maintenance for cranes, forklifts, and related equipment.
+ Support contractor control processes, including permits, documentation, and quote requests.
+ Provide general administrative support to SHE initiatives and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
Requirements
Skills / Knowledge / Experience
Education
• High School Graduate (required)
• Assosciate’s in Safety Science, Environmental Science, or equivalent (required)
• Bachelor’s in Safety Science, Environmental Science, or equivalent (preferred)
Experience
• Minimum of 1 year experience coordinating safety, environmental, and sustainability activities
• Working knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, and/or 45000)
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Knowledge areas/Skills
• Strong communication skills, presentations, teamwork emphasis, and organizational awareness.
• OSHA 10 hour training (OSHA 30 hour preferred)
• Performing audits, inspections, or surveillances to procedures.
• Operate in a crossfunctional organization with all levels of the organization.
• Advanced personal computer skills including Microsoft Office applications. Power Bi is a plus.
Other requirements
• Interpesonnel skills to interact with a wide variety and diversified organization.
• Be pro-active in promoting SHEQ using the knowledge base to help to build relationships and thereby promote the business.
