You want to see your work make a difference—and you enjoy being the one people rely on to “make it happen.” This is a full-time, in-office position in Charlotte, NC, working directly with the Charlotte branch team and with remote support from company headquarters. Occasional site visits are part of the job, and you’ll be in contact with clients, vendors, and teammates across the company. About the Role: Account Coordinator – Charlotte Branch Account Coordinators play a critical administrative and logistical role supporting our Sales and Operations teams. Your work keeps everything running smoothly—from scheduling services and updating client maps to managing software tools and preparing internal reports. You’ll have access to a wide range of systems and will become a subject matter expert in several of them. Your role is highly collaborative, but also highly independent. Once you’re trained and understand the systems, we’ll rely on your judgment and drive to manage your work without micromanagement. This position reports to the Regional Director and supports the Charlotte team on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities: + Administer and maintain CRM (Pipedrive) and Field Service (ServiceTrade) software + Schedule jobs and recurring services, including hydrant meter and equipment rental coordination + Build digital maps to define project scope and timing (Google MyMaps) + Create and deliver resident notification letters (RNLs) + Conduct occasional site inspections and collect job data + Manage internal communications tools and general branch emails + Track job closeouts and ensure services are ready for invoicing + Produce monthly audit reports on job items, costs, and assets + Support business development and client communication efforts + Coordinate with Account Managers, Sales Ops, and Field Technicians Who Thrives in This Role: + Detail-oriented communicators with strong writing skills + Fast and accurate workers who take pride in precision + People who follow through—on time, every time + Flexible self-starters who value accountability + Professionals who enjoy learning new tools and systems + Ethical team players who want to build trust through action Requirements: + One year or more of relevant administrative or operations experience + Valid North Carolina driver’s license with a clean driving record (3+ years preferred) + Comfortable working in-office full-time, with site visits as needed + Able to lift small packages, walk short distances, and operate standard office equipment Preferred Experience: + Scheduling or operations for a service-based business + Customer-facing experience (phone, email, or in person) + Familiarity with ServiceTrade, Pipedrive, Gmail, Google Maps, or CRM tools Compensation & Benefits: + Salary non-exempt + Company MacBook + Company iPhone or phone stipend + 401(k) with matching + Subsidized health and supplemental insurance + Paid Time Off and company holidays Work Environment: We run on high performance, strong values, and a culture of support.
