What You will Do:

Essential Job duty is to support the Sr. Coordinator with general administrative assistance to management and staffMaintain office supplies, assist with reordering and  restocking office and kitchen suppliesSupport employees, acclimation and onboardingAssist in coordinating activities, special events, resources, and equipment in support of office engagementHelp as needed to manage and maintain the office seating chart and employee transitionSupport executive requests when neededHandle multiple tasks or projects simultaneously

Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skillsPro-active  and project completion with minimal drag on associatesand able to complete tasks as directedOrganizing skills. Effective teamwork. Process oriented. Like to work in a fast paced, creative environment Enjoy people and dynamic teams with diverse experiences. HS Diploma or GED required with 1 to 3 years’ experience as an administrative project coordinatorIntermediate experience with MS Excel, MS Word. and MS PowerPointExcellent Communication and Presentation Skills requiredDue to the nature of the work, you must be a US Citizen

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

Mostly Office Environments, Occasional Shop Floor involvement.Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work.Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations.
