We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Monticello. Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly and professional front desk and phone support to tow drivers, auto auction customers, insurance seekers, and individuals interested in salvaging vehicles.Accurately enter vehicle information into our system.Perform filing and data entry tasks with attention to detail.Support general administrative functions and collaborate with the Branch Manager.Qualifications
High School Diploma required.Strong communication and customer service skills.Comfortable handling inbound calls and administrative paperwork.Reliable, organized, and eager to learn.Work Environment
You’ll work in a small office alongside the Branch Manager, focusing on administrative tasks such as copying and filing. The dress code is business casual, and the role offers a structured schedule with weekends off. As this is a newly opened location, there is potential for future growth and advancement.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $19.00/hr.
