Our client, a global investment firm, is seeking an Administrative Business Partner to support their Investor Relations and Fundraising team. The hours are 8:30am-5:30pm with a hybrid schedule (four days in office / one day remote), though the role will be fully remote until mid-to-late September due to an office renovation.
Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level administrative support to the IR and Fundraising team, with a focus on calendar management, scheduling, and expenses
* Manage complex and intensive domestic and international scheduling needs
* Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports
* Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a structured, fast-paced environment
* Communicate clearly and effectively with internal stakeholders and external contacts
* Collaborate with a close-knit, proactive administrative team
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* 2+ years of administrative experience, ideally in professional services
* Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones
* Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a structured environment
* Excellent communication and prioritization skills
