As an Administrative Associate for the Ambulatory Pre Op Department, you will be responsible for, providing general secretarial and clerical support, scheduling patient appointments and processing billing of patient charges. You will support the department in various clerical functions; answer phone, greet patients/visitors, process physician orders, maintain patients medical chart, support Nurse Manager, file, and, maintain inventory. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Required: High School Diploma with knowledge of computers and basic office practice.
