Administrative Assistant to Recruiting Team

Investment firm located in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking to hire a Long Term Temp Administrative Assistant to support the Recruiting Team. This position will start early September 2025. Monday - Thursday onsite, Friday remote. Hours 9am - 5pm. Need someone to commit a minimum of 4 months.

Responsibilities:

Anticipate and resolve potential scheduling / logistical conflicts with an appropriate sense of urgency and professionalismPrepare and process expense reports utilizing Workday Expense ReportingMaintain calendars and respond quickly/accurately to email correspondence - this is priorityBook international and domestic travel/transportation, conference rooms, hotel stays, and other logistics related to travelProvide additional administrative support including copying, filing, scanning, printing, preparing materials for internal meetings, setting up video conferences, booking conference rooms, ordering food/drinks, etc.Participate in various ad-hoc projects and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

2+ years administrative experience in a corporate settingExcellent communication skills and ability to develop strong working rapport with employees at all levels of the firmPunctual, organized and extremely detail-orientedSuperior communication skills, both verbal and writtenProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)Sound judgment - knowing when to escalate an issue combined with a willingness to be flexible and pragmatic when appropriate

Compensation
