Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Sprinkler Operations & Sales
The primary function of this role is to provide administrative support to the Branch Manager and Sprinkler Operations Sales staff. This position reports to the Branch Manager and will require a close working relationship with the Branch Manager and all Sprinkler Operations Sales staff at this branch and Corporate.
This job requires the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced multi-tasked environment with a focus towards administration, organization, reporting, data management and customer service.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities:

Provide complete administrative support services for the Branch Manager and Contract Sprinkler staff. Oversee preparations of and attend Weekly Meetings, inclusive of updating Reports in a Live Format. Generate multiple reports weekly and monthly, as needed, with focus on Excel. Data entry into Excel and various documents. Assist with day-to-day moving clerical targets. Review of incoming RFP’s, estimating reports and sites, compiling bid documents for Sales. Handle any incoming calls pertaining to any sprinkler bids and quotes.Qualifications:

Education / Work Experience:
High school diploma or GED is required. 3+ years of administrative experience is required. Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus. Ability to efficiently find, access, and complete online research tasks is required.
