ADP is hiring an Administrative Support professional. In this position, you will couple your positive attitude with a desire to learn to ensure smooth functioning of activities and processes across select areas of ADP's business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform moderately complex clerical, administrative and office support activities Create spreadsheets, presentations and other documents, file and fax as directed Follow standardized formats and established internal procedures Assemble and compile statistics and data from established sources as directed Create formulas/formats of moderate complexity May assist with schedule management; arrange appointments, travel, meetings, conference calls and processes expense reports Provide support to leaders and department as required Screen calls and greet visitors Organize correspondence and email; responds to requests for information Coordinate activities between departments and outside parties

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Minimum of one year of experience in similar environment High School diploma or equivalent education/experience

Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Superb organization skills Proficient using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to produce high quality reports, presentations and other documents Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment Ability to handle confidential matters Knowledge of the department's operation and company procedures Ability to work on routine projects with limited supervision

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $15.00 - USD $25.10 / Hour*
