Process Support (Admin Assistant) - North York, ON
Primary Purpose
This position supports the Central customer service, and EAG departments by performing a variety of key administrative and reception tasks.
Key Accountabilities
Answer and direct inbound callsAmend, cancel, and/or push orders through for accurate and timely invoicing – based on paperwork, reports, and direction from both departmentsProcess vendor invoices and assist with requests for invoices, statements, packing slips, POD’s and other documents as neededMonitor and answer e-mail inquiresSort and process incoming/outgoing mailScan and file order paperworkOrder, track, and manage office supplies.Manage the visitor’s logPrepare employee timecards and timecard labelsHelp create internal communication materials for the departments, such as flyers, posters, memos, etc. for team events, meetings, holidays, and other occasionsEquipment generation in INFOR EAMAssist in monthly and yearly stock takingPrepare monthly reconciliation of costs for projects and rehabs for both departmentsOther duties as assigned by managementLinde is a leading global industrial gases and engineering company with 2024 sales of $33 billion. Professional administrative background preferredExperience and aptitude with computer systems and a variety of software.
