Role Summary
Provide administrative support to the Performance and Analytics Team (PAI) within Global Commercial Analytics (GCA). Role involves day-to-day administrative responsibilities and leading/supporting several project initiatives as needed.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide administrative support to the Performance and Analytics Team (PAI) consisting of 5 Leaders and ~30 colleagues
Schedule and coordinate team meetings and interviews as needed, including some meeting management and logistics.
Ability to independently conduct analytic support, follow up and management of special projects and initiatives as needed.
Track and manage the each team’s workload via project tracking via excel or other software.
Help team navigate through issues related to invoice or project delays
Manage document resources on SharePoint / Microsoft Teams site as needed
Assist with on-boarding/off-boarding of new colleagues,
Update team organizational charts and distribution lists as requested.
Coordinate activities for and handling issues for meetings. Manage calendar, availability, and expense reporting for 5 PAI leaders
Work collaboratively with other GCA Administrative Assistants with regard to coverage within the group and sharing learnings and best practices.
Ability to anticipate and proactively resolve issues and use diplomacy to resolve problems.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Undergraduate degree (BS/BA) or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in an administrative assistant or coordinator experience
Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; in addition to Pfizer applications such as Concur, Ariba, SharePoint, Get Access, Group Manager, etc. Familiarity/experience with MSN co-pilot a plus
Demonstrated project management experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where agility is necessary on a daily basis.
Self-starter, proactive, agile, solution seeking attitude, anticipating team needs and actively identifying opportunities to strengthen results
Business acumen, decision making, and demonstrated flexibility
Ability to navigate internal organization/processes
Ability and willingness to handle special projects

The salary for this position ranges from $32.47 to $54.11 per hour. In addition, this position offers eligibility for overtime, weekend, holiday and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and the Company’s policies.
