Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, schedule and manage Executive Pastry Chef’s calendar and appointmentsAdminister correspondence, manage incoming calls, emails and mails promptly and in a courtesy mannerProvide administrative support to Pastry department, prepare departmental duty roster, manage leave applications Respond to requests for information, refer matters to appropriate parties and recommend action to resolve
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel, preferably in secretarial functionFluent in written and spoken English and ChineseDetail-orientated, organized with excellent interpersonal skillsWell-versed with MS Office application
