You should be comfortable juggling multiple tasks, communicating professionally, and working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone callsGreet and assist visitorsMonitor building gates and provide access to approved visitors and vendorsSchedule appointments and coordinate with vendors for building maintenanceMonitor emails and respond to general inquiriesHandle incoming/outgoing mail and packagesMaintain clean and organized office and boardroom spacesTrack and manage office suppliesUpdate posted materials around the buildingWhat we’re looking for:
Valid Driver’s LicenseHigh School Diploma (or equivalent)Effective verbal communication skillsBasic computer skills (typing, data entry)Professional, engaging personalityWho are we?
