The Part-Time Administrative Assistant perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. Administrative Assistant responsibilities include making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems.
Minimum High School or GED High School graduate1-2 years administrative experienceProficiency with Microsoft suites programs such as Word and Excel are considered an assetAnswer general employee and customer inquires in a professional mannerDirect all specific inquires to the appropriate individual in the departmentProvide administrative support to management and other staffPerform general administrative tasks including but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filingMaintain and update staff vacation, travel, and project schedulesSupport department staff on project based work as requiredChampions safety in the workplace and ensures all safety policies and procedures are consistently followedPerform other duties as required
