About the Role
As an Administrative Assistant, you will support the Management Board with daily administrative functions related to meetings, calendars, projects and print and copy activities.
What You’ll Do
Schedule and maintain calendars and emails
Coordinate all meetings, including dates, agendas, food, meeting rooms and invitations
Ensure timely and appropriate responses to incoming mail and emails, including drafting written responses to all levels of management and key resources and customers
Set up and maintain email lists and meeting rooms access
Order and maintain supplies and equipment for the department
Prepare and publish reports, presentations and spreadsheets
File and maintain department records and necessary documentation
Schedule and process expense settlements
Additional tasks may be assigned
What Skills You Have
REQUIRED
Excellent time management and organization skills
Attention to detail
Typing capability of 70 wpm combined with accurate proofreading
Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
Working knowledge of the internet
High level of confidentiality
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations and during periods of high workloads
High School diploma
PREFERRED
Associate’s Degree, Technical School Training, Paralegal or comparable training
