Submitting and tracking daily Time & Material tickets with support documents Document filing Entry of employee time records Ordering office supplies Developing reports for managementWork Environment:

High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED), 1+ years of related administrative experience, or an equivalent combination Accounts payable/receivable experience (preferred) Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Experience in customer service (face to face and/or through telecommunications) Relevant construction industry experience (preferred) Communications skills, both oral and written; accurate, clear and conciseThis information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data.
