Administrative Assistant Intern
The Intern located in Anchorage is responsible for gaining exposure to career opportunities within the oil and gas technology industry. The successful candidate will work closely with the management team assisting in their daily activities. performing duties as needed. Schedule meetings, reserve meeting rooms, and order lunches. Perform data entry and run reports. Create and review power point presentations. Create and edit documents in word. Schedule training. Book flights. Perform basic administrative duties as needed. **Qualifications and Experience** Excellent computer skills including data analysis and presentation. Excellent communication skills verbal and written. Familiar with SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point. Local candidates to the Anchorage will only be considered.
