Job DescriptionAECOM is seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant Intern to provide clerical and administrative support the Water Business Lines in Denver, Colorado.
This position is expected to begin in July 2025.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
The position will involve coordinating and supporting meetings and conferences, coordinating and tracking AECOM policy compliance, and providing general administrative support to water business line staff.Will work under general supervision of department and division managers.Assists project and people managers on administrative tasks for various projects and overhead items.Coordinates and tracks program compliance for various AECOM policies.Prepares or proofs correspondence, forms, spreadsheets, or documents.Schedules and coordinates meetings and prepare agendas and meeting minutes.Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote), and other programs to accomplish work.Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for project teams and managers.Create and submit expense reports for Water Business Unit staff.QualificationsMinimum Requirements:
Must have completed one year of study.Due to the nature of work, US Citizenship is required.Preferred Qualifications:
Familiar with professional office environment, practices, and proceduresProficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote), and other programs to accomplish work.Should have a good command of their communication skills, strong organizational skills, and a high degree of attention to detail.Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skillsAbility to maintain organization in a changing environmentExhibits initiative, responsibility and flexibilityResourceful, highly organized, and detail orientedAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesEffective time-management and interpersonal SkillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentAdditional InformationRelocation assistance is not available for this position.Work in the office 3-5 days per week.About AECOM
