We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant, responsible for the day-to-day work systems and tasks to support Data and Analytics Senior Director and her global lead team based in Poland. Should be well-versed in technical office tools and financial applications, familiar with contract management, enrollment management and portfolio management, resources and calendar management. On this position will also require the candidate to apply basic financials and budget management skills. We offer development plans and technical training as needed to support career aspirations goals.
Administrative Support for the P&G Data & Analytics Service. This includes activities such as help with contract management, portfolio management, giving support to projects, financials, budget and helping with work logistics.
Project Support for Data and Analytics teams working on larger high-profile projects, initiatives, and operations for the Company, mainly through Purchase Order execution, Goods Received verification, financials and budget governance.
Job Qualifications
Strong organization, initiative and follow-through skills.
Agility and flexibility to manage multiple priorities, responsibilities, and changes in a team environment.
Strong collaborator, with a proven ability to work and communicate effectively across the organization at all levels.
Technical skills and proficiency in Office Suite, Teams, Webex and collaboration technologies.
Proficiency in Excel and web-based financial tools is a plus.
Preferred strong working knowledge of purchasing, contract management, financials/budget management and expensing tools such as Veritas, PlanView, Coupa, Concur, Aravo, Egencia and Procard.
