Administrative Assistant III

Summary: Seeking an Administrative Assistant III to perform complex administrative support duties, manage data, and assist with departmental processes in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent with 4 years relevant experience, or Associate's degree with 2 years experience in manufacturing. Advanced proficiency in word processing, presentation, spreadsheet, database, email, and calendar software. Ability to use independent judgment for resolving moderately complex issues. Effective interaction with personnel at all levels inside and outside the organization.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working inside a manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities:

Perform administrative support duties for supervisors or organizational units. Act as an information source on organizational policies and procedures. Gather, record, track, verify data from multiple sources; compile reviews and analyze data. Use software to generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations. Maintain files/records in established systems; retrieve upon request or schedule.

Pay Details: $15.00 to $22.00 per hour
