Ecolab is seeking an exceptional Administrative Assistant III who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves problem-solving, and enjoys being the glue that holds everything together. As an Administrative Assistant III to our VP of Sales – QSR Field, you will be at the heart of operations, ensuring seamless schedules, smooth travel plans, and well-organized meetings while being a key liaison with stakeholders across the US. You will anticipate changes and adapt plans accordingly to ensure everything runs smoothly.
This hybrid role will be reporting to our Ecolab office in Greensboro, NC.

Administrative Support
Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and plan travel.Handle correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of the executive.Prepare and organize meeting materials, take notes, and follow up on action items.Prepare executive-level materials, presentations, and reports to support key discussions and decision-making.Draft and disseminate high-level communications on behalf of the VP to regional and national field teams, ensuring alignment, clarity, and timely delivery across all levelsOrganize and support leadership meetings, team events, and offsite engagements, ensuring all logistics are handled with precision.Interdepartmental Coordination:Act as a trusted liaison between executives, cross-functional teams, and other executive assistants to foster collaboration and alignment.Filter and prioritize information shared with the executive to ensure they remain informed and focused on key issues.Maintain sensitive records and handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Strategic Planning
Proactively identify and resolve workflow challenges, driving process improvements that enhance efficiency and support sales outcomes.Assist in planning and executing sales initiatives, including product launches and promotional campaigns, to support nationwide growth objectives.Project Management:Lead and coordinate special projects and initiatives from inception to completion.Ensure timely completion of creative projects and strategic business initiatives.Identify and address core issues within business processes and make actionable recommendations.

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The pay range for this position is $53,400.00 - $80,200.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.Benefits
