Administrative Assistant II

Join Ecolab’s sales team as an Administrative Assistant II- Broadline Distribution. Within our industry leading Institutional division, this opportunity will play a key role in supporting a VP of Distribution as well as their respective team. This position is responsible for managing and prioritizing requests from these associates and ensures all necessary reporting and correspondence is completed in a timely, accurate and professional manner.  As a critical role for the business, this position expeditiously and effectively resolves the issues and concerns of large, multi-unit corporate account customers.

What You Will Do:

Act as liaison for internal customers and key contact for executive, team and customers.Produce high quality reports, presentations, correspondence and other documents in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.Manage supply orders including general office supplies, No charge orders and new DSDM associate onboarding materials and equipment.Coordinate domestic travel arrangements including agendas, developing complete and comprehensive itineraries, booking flights and accommodation.Provide back-up support to other members of the administrative team in the regionMaintain and manage VP calendarPrepare expense reports and manage invoices for payment requestsProvide support with meeting and event scheduling and logistics including in person and virtual meetings using Teams and multiple time zones

Position Details:

St. Paul, MN - hybrid model (3 days in office, 2 days at home)

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED3 years of administrative support experienceIntermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)No Immigration Sponsorship or relocation available for this opportunity

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree completed or in progress1 year of experience in a sales organizationCustomer service experience where you have directly interfaced with customers

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The pay range for this position is $53,900.00 - $80,900.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
