Administrative assistant II

As an Administrative Assistant II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and guidance to the manufacturing teams. Your expertise and knowledge will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of administrative processes and the delivery of high-quality products. You will work on a onsite work schedule. In this role, you will impact the manufacturing operations by providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and implementing process improvements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain, to drive efficiency and productivity in the manufacturing processes.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Knowledge and experience working in manufacturing plant environments
+ Ability to analyze metrics, coordinate the definition of improvement actions and monitor them.
+ Dynamic and proactive profile with a focus on problem-solving and creativity in defining solutions, ideas, and actions in general.
+ Experience coordinating work groups related to strategies, activities and/or events
+ Administrative profile to manage and control projects and strategies. Some examples of the strategies you will be coordinating will focus on wellness, engagement, and recognition (recognition programs for direct staff, for leaders with the best results, areas with the best performance in metrics, etc.)
+ Focal Point (PM) for the numerous and diverse visitors who come to the site assigned to different projects or activities
+ Follow-up with Supervisors on activities related to Tress system incidents (payroll issues)
+ Coordination and monitoring of the corporate card application and assignment process
**YOU MUST HAVE**

**** • Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing support, administrative or a similar role
**** • Advanced english. Test will be made
**** • Availability to rotate shifts betweeen 7:00 to 4:30 and 4:30 to 1:00
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
•Experience on manufacturing companies on the administrative area
YOU MUST HAVE

+ Proven track record of troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues
