Job Details:
This position entails a variety of administrative tasks, including:
Typing correspondence, memos, and other documentsHandling confidential materialData entryCreating PowerPoint presentationsAnswering multiple-line telephones, handling routine inquiries, directing calls, or taking messagesGreeting and directing visitorsSorting and distributing mail and faxesPreparing UPS and Federal Express shipmentsPhotocopyingMaintaining general and confidential filesCompiling data and generating reportsScheduling meetings and preparing minutesCoordinating annual sales meetingsAssembling information and organizing booklets from quarterly and annual sales meetingsCoordinating travel reservations and trainingManaging expense reportsOrdering suppliesPerforming other duties or special projects as assignedRequirements:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent.Experience: 2 plus years of administrative experience. Previous Harvest Scheduling experience preferred.
Must meet live operations criteria such as bio-security and reside within a 50-mile radius of the Forest, MS office.Computer Skills: Proficiency in standard computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Outlook, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint).Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.Special Skills: Ability to set priorities, evaluate results, and coordinate with others. Tasks require judgment and coordination with others.Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4 pm.Relocation Assistance Eligible:
