The Administrator Assistant, reporting to the Manager, is responsible for exhibiting polite and professional communication via phone, and e-mail; must collaborate with other support personnel, management and clients on a regular basis.

QualificationsWHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Strong Microsoft Office skills: Advanced Excel and Outlook are necessaryOrganizing and prioritizing are the core elements of this role. You must know how to keep yourself organized and how to determine which tasks are the most important.Writing with excellent spelling, punctuation, sentence structure.
