Those working as assistants and office support at PwC will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing their schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information. You will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations and effective communication within the organisation.

The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Business Services and Support team you will provide proactive management of email and calendar, coordinate meetings and events, and assist with travel arrangements. As a Specialist you will provide specialized technical knowledge, handle intricate tasks, and conduct thorough analyzes to support specific projects, đảm bảo exceptional results that drive impact for clients.

Responsibilities

- Manage email and calendar proactively

- Coordinate meetings and events effectively

- Arrange travel logistics and bookings

- Prepare expense reports and code vendor invoices

- Conduct general research and manage documents

- Provide backup support for team members

- Assist in adopting new technology and policies

- Focus on enhancing professional and technical skills

What You Must Have

- High School Diploma

- 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or administration

- Oral and written proficiency in English and French required
