Administrative Assistant - Central Triage
**Job Type:** Regular **Time Type:** Full time **Work Shift:** Day (United States of America) **FLSA Status:** Non-Exempt **When you join the growing BILH team, you're not just taking a job, you’re making a difference in people’s lives.** The Central Triage Administrative Assistant remotely performs a wide range of administrative and support activities for programs within the Emergency Services Division including Central Triage, Hospital Team North and South, and the Jail Diversion Program to facilitate efficient operation. **Job Description:** **Essential Functions/Key Responsibilities:** + Maintains an efficient tracking system of required information for various process / procedures directly related to the operation of the program. + Knowledge of or ability to learn diverse programing, departments and the procedures that are required to support each of them. + Generates appropriate reports for managers / supervisors. + Coordinates communication within the division to ensure staff receives all pertinent information. + Preparation and processing of bi-weekly payroll for the Division. Comprehension and understanding of portal for time submission and understanding of payroll guidelines for the Division. + Preparation of accounts payable invoices for Program Directors in the division to sign and submits to the Accounts Payable Department when complete. + Completes monthly scheduling for the division including management of time off requests and approvals through supervisors. Ensures proper staffing patterns are maintained and offered to staff as needed. + Assists managers and supervisors with special projects. + While working remotely is responsible for maintaining a strong internet connection and a quiet and confidential space for meetings. + Other related duties as assigned. **Qualifications & Education:** + High School Diploma / GED, a minimum of 1 year experience in a related field; multitasking, time management and strong attention to detail are essential. + Ability to work independently or on a team with other professionals. + Standard office administrative practices and procedures, including the use of standard office equipment; computer applications; Excel and Word, knowledge of electronic health records a plus; ability to utilize technology in order to manage reports, spreadsheets, etc. + Techniques for dealing effectively with the public and staff, in person, virtually, and over the telephone. **As a health care organization, we have a responsibility to do everything in our power to care for and protect our patients, our colleagues and our communities.
