Administrative Assistant - Behavioral HealthUnder the supervision of the Chief Behavioral Health Officer, the Administrative Assistant for Behavioral Health answer the phones and performs word processing, data entry, correspondence, record keeping and other assigned clerical and administrative duties for clinical and health services and program operations.

Rescue Mission of Trenton was founded in 1915 and is a non-profit organization that helps rescue people from themselves and their situations. Our dedicated staff in the Shelter and our Behavioral Health Unit offer care, support and encouragement to all that reside here. We value dignity, communication and helping each of our clients reach their full potential. Clients/residents are assisted by staff with treatment options, medical help, job placement, financial planning, education, counseling and mental health treatment. Our staff works diligently with the clients to get ID, an income and the things necessary to help them with transitioning to housing.
Candidates Who Will Be Successful Bring The Following: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to interact professionally with a wide range of people, colleagues, members, clients and external organizations Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office; spreadsheets and database systems High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in the performance of administrative tasks Ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and achieve goals Qualifications For Position: High School Diploma/GED required Minimum of two (2) years of clerical medical office experience. Billing experience preferred. Valid Driver's License
Hours: 8a-4p, Monday - Friday
Hourly Rate: $18 - $20 plus additional $1 Bonus Quarterly and a comprehensive benefit plan
