Vistex Administrative Assistant is a positive, professional, and detail-oriented individual who will perform a range of duties supporting the Vice President of both Finance and Human Resources. 

Responsibilities:

Manages the daily activities as assigned in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment Assists the Executives’ as well as their management team, as requested with the planning and scheduling of meeting and conferences. Coordinate all Domestic and International travel arrangements including booking of flights, hotels, rental car, etc. Prepares and submits executive’s expense reports Assists with any PowerPoint presentations, record keeping, documentations, reporting, etc. Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records. Organize and maintain hard files of business records. Provides document support, including creation, proofreading, submission, and fact-checking. Other duties as assigned.
