Administrative Assistant
**Job Overview:** Fluent German speaker with strong communication skills, supporting site-based teams. Provides essential administrative support to the Construction Manager and site team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Demonstrates strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to resolve routine issues independently and deliver high-quality service. **Key Tasks and Responsibilities:** + Support the Construction Manager and site team with administrative tasks and coordination. + Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using various software tools. + Draft, proofread, and format documents and correspondence. + Organize meetings, site visits, and travel arrangements. + Maintain calendars and manage schedules. + Process timesheets, leave requests, and supply orders. + Manage mail and package distribution. + Assist staff with general administrative needs. **Essential Qualifications and Education:** + High school diploma or equivalent + 2 to 4 years of experience working in an administrative assistant role, preferably in a large corporation + Advanced knowledge of MS Office and other related software skills required; Advanced skills in operating a personal computer, various printers, fax machines, scanners, and other office equipment are necessary + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in both English and German + In-depth knowledge of business procedures, letters, and report formats + Able to read and comprehend instructions, and write correspondence and memos + Able to effectively present information to co-workers and the public + Strong organizational, multitasking, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills + Able to work well with all levels of internal management and staff as well as clients \#LI-KP1 Lutech Resources has over 25 years’ experience providing tailor made recruitment and integrated resource management to leading Engineering, Energy and Manufacturing sector companies worldwide.
