Daily tasks require associates to work in a system that no one will have experience working with and will require training. The associates will be required to email customers and gather data or direct them to the platform to enter data on their own. **Responsibilities** Responsibilities for a **Administrative Assistant** include but are not limited to: · Retrieve Data from information systems, such as invoices, tax exemption certificates, business licenses, etc. in support of government audits · Work on special projects as needed. · Respond to requests from customers and vendors for copies of tax documents, such as W-9 forms, business licenses, sales tax exemption certificates, etc. and assist in maintaining the repository of such commonly requested forms. · Perform general administrative duties and support for the tax department. · Always represent the company in a professional manner. · Abide by all policies, rules, and regulations of the company, including all applicable safety rules, regulations, and procedures. · Support corporate programs, goals, and initiatives of the company. · Manually uploading certificates and data validation · Follow established procedures and guidelines to provide timely and effective clerical support. · Gather, compile, and verify information and enter it accurately into documents (such as reports, presentations or forms) and office systems (such as SharePoint sites, databases, billing software, or spreadsheets). · Participates in associate meetings and communicates any concerns to management. · Other administrative tasks as assigned. **Qualifications** Candidates for **Administrative Assistant** must meet the following requirements to be considered: · 1-3 years Microsoft Office products (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) · 1-3 years Administrative experience · Strong attention to detail. · Maintain strict confidentiality. · Experience supporting multiple functions in a fast-paced environment strongly preferred. · Poise and maturity to interact with individuals outside and inside the organization. · Prioritize and manage deadlines when dealing with multiple tasks combined with the ability to work with a sense of urgency when needed. · High proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and ability to explore and quickly learn other software applications required. · Must be self-motivated. · Very strong organization and verbal and written communication skills. · Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills that are professional, enthusiastic and cooperative. · High school diploma This **Administrative Assistant** is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.
