Job Description
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support both our title and insurance departments in maintaining a seamless workflow. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
Responsibilities
Manage incoming titles for new deals.Follow up with sellers and brokers for titles that have not been received.Coordinate with customers to arrange next steps for title work and follow up on title status.Collaborate with the title team to send paperwork to requested locations.Learn and utilize the automated system for mass follow-up attempts.Manage insurance claims from inception to payment.Update internal systems with claim status.Follow up with adjustors on the status of claims and provide required documents.Create payoffs for insurance payouts.Coordinate with third-party shops on repair claims.Create payoffs for repossession accounts.Essential Skills
Administrative support experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel.BA Degree.1+ year of experience in an administrative setting.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.Experience with title research and documentation is advantageous.Customer service and clerical skills.Strong attention to detail.Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.Work Environment
This position is 100% onsite with a start time of 7:30 am for an 8-hour shift, including a half-hour lunch break. The team consists of approximately 30 employees. The corporate headquarters are located in Norwalk, supporting a subsidiary in California. The company is experiencing significant growth, having undergone two acquisitions this year, and offers a stable environment with opportunities for career advancement.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $29.00/hr.
