Administrative Assistant
Job Description • Manage President’s calendar, travel logistics, and communications (email, phone, mail) • Coordinate internal scheduling across departments and executive staff • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations (PowerPoint, Excel) • Support donor data entry and CRM maintenance (Alltrue/Blackbaud) • Organize internal meetings, retreats, and staff appreciation events • Assist with Board of Trustees (BOT) meetings and communications • Maintain office supplies, subscriptions, and digital/paper records • Provide support for special projects and initiatives • Occasional event support during evenings/weekends We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements • Minimum 3 years of general administrative experience o Some experience as Executive or personal assistant experience – Calendar Management/Travel Support • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint templates) • High energy, professional demeanor, and excellent communication skills • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems • Valid Driver’s License and reliable personal vehicle • Self-starter • Strong work ethic and attention to detail • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Professional • Experience in nonprofit organizations • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Associate’s acceptable with experience) • Familiarity with Adobe, Canva, or similar design tools • CRM experience (especially Alltrue) null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
