Administrative Assistant
**Adecco is hiring for an Administrative Assistant in Charlotte, NC.** **Job Description** 1. Participate and provide required information during inspections by regulatory agencies. 2. Coordinate with Corporate Compliance Department during inspections. 3. Accurately complete Medicare Call logs and daily checklist. 4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas. 5. Conduct Post Delivery Telephone Audits within department guidelines 6. Provide follow up documentation to other departments for any client that is dissatisfied with service or product provided. 7. Provide updates and reporting as requested on PDAs to supervisor. 8. Identify and alert supervisor immediately of any trends. 9. Promote and maintain teamwork with internal and external associates. 10. Contacts physician’s office by telephone to verify patient information and follow up on required paperwork according to Medicare guidelines.(20-30 phone calls daily) 11. Follows up according to established procedures to confirm receipt of package and/or faxes and develops relationship with physician’s staff for return of requested forms. 12. Participate in training sessions as requested. 13. Work a 40-hour work week with strict adherence to scheduled hours. 14. Maintains confidentiality of all records. 15. Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Experience/Technical Requirements 1. High School Diploma or related equivalent experience. 2. Strong verbal and written communication skills 3. Ability to deal effectively with the public and fellow employees 4. Ability to work with minimal supervision 5. Professional telephone and customer service skills 6.
