Job Description

This position offers vital administrative support for a Research Facility and is responsible for executing administrative policies effectively.

ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support for the Senior Director, including managing calendars, arranging travel, preparing expense reports, and performing other duties as assigned.Perform office management duties, manage office support equipment, and ensure supplies are adequately stocked.Update and maintain site organizational charts, email distribution lists, and contact lists.Prepare agendas, take minutes of meetings, and follow up on action items for Core Team meetings.Essential SkillsMinimum of an associate’s degree; bachelor’s degree preferred.At least 5 years of administrative experience, preferably supporting teams or senior executives.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Concur.Ability to multitask while maintaining high work quality and accurate documentation.Strong skills in creating graphs, flowcharts, spreadsheets, and data tables.Excellent communication skills for interacting with executive-level business partners.Effective time management skills with flexibility in adjusting daily workload priorities.Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and judgment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Additional Skills & QualificationsProficiency in data entry and customer service.Experience in clerical and administrative support roles.Work Environment

This role requires in-person attendance on-site five days per week during the first shift.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Cincinnati, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
